Job Title: Recruiter (2 Opening) HR Executive (1 Opening) Team Leader HR / HR Manager (1 Opening) Roles and Responsibilities: End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the recruitment process for all positions, including sourcing, interviewing, and placing candidates. Sourcing: Utilize various Recruitment platforms to identify potential candidates. Candidate Screening: Conduct initial interviews and screening to assess qualifications, skills, and cultural fit. Onboarding: Assist in preparing offer letters and ensuring smooth onboarding for new hires. HR Administration: Oversee and maintain employee records, update HR databases, and manage documentation for all employees. Employee Queries: Act as the point of contact for general HR-related inquiries and employee concerns. Payroll & Benefits: Assist with payroll administration and manage employee benefits programs. Employee Engagement: Organize and support employee engagement activities, surveys, and feedback mechanisms. Compliance: Ensure all HR policies and procedures comply with legal regulations and company policies. Training & Development: Coordinate employee training programs and track employee performance. Performance Management Systems (PMS): Lead the design, development, and implementation of the companys performance management system to ensure it aligns with business goals and organizational growth. PMS Strategy: Develop performance management strategies to improve individual and team performance, ensuring alignment with company objectives. PMS Implementation: Oversee and manage the annual performance review cycle, including goal setting, mid-year check-ins, and year-end evaluations. Training & Coaching: Provide training and support to managers and employees on how to effectively use the PMS, including goal setting, feedback, and performance appraisals Data-Driven Decisions: Analyze PMS data to identify trends and provide recommendations for improving performance, employee engagement, and retention. Employee Relations: Act as the point of escalation for any performance-related issues and provide guidance on conflict resolution and performance improvement plans.
