The Fashion Merchandiser will play a crucial role in planning, coordinating, and executing merchandising strategies. Responsibilities: Collaborate with the design and production teams to develop merchandise assortments that align with the brand's vision and target market. Plan and execute product assortment strategies, including product selection, pricing, and inventory management. Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment to meet customer demand. Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to negotiate pricing, delivery schedules, and quality standards. Stay updated with industry trends, fashion shows, and trade events to identify emerging opportunities. Conduct market research to identify current fashion trends, consumer preferences, and competitor analysis. Collaborate with designers, suppliers, retailers, and other industry professionals to ensure that our products are attractive, competitive, and profitable Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Fashion Merchandising or related field. Creative mindset with a keen eye for fashion aesthetics and visual merchandising. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
