Job Description

Ghanshyam Sewa Samiti invites applications for the position of HR Recruiter to handle recruitment and related HR functions. The selected candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and managing candidates for various operational and administrative roles. The primary objective of this position is to ensure efficient staff hiring, management, and coordination of HR-related activities. Applicants can apply for this position either as a Freelancer or for Permanent Office Employment. Freelancers may be called to the office 1–2 times a week for 2–3 hours, with days and timings decided through mutual understanding. In addition to a fixed salary, incentives will be provided for successful and effective staff hiring. Interested candidates are requested to send their CVs first, after which shortlisted applicants will be contacted directly by the organization.
