Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for technical roles including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand requirements and ensure smooth placements.

• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, networking, and internal databases.

• Conduct preliminary candidate assessments to evaluate technical skills and cultural fit.

• Coordinate interview schedules and maintain regular communication with candidates and clients.

• Maintain recruitment trackers, reports, and candidate databases.

• Build and nurture candidate pipelines for future requirements.

Qualifications & Skills:

• BE/BTech degree in any discipline.

• 01 year of experience in recruitment (freshers welcome).

• Understanding of technical roles and skills (IT/Engineering).

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of ATS/recruitment tools preferred.

• Positive attitude, adaptability, and eagerness to learn.
