Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for technical roles including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand requirements and ensure smooth placements.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, networking, and internal databases.
Conduct preliminary candidate assessments to evaluate technical skills and cultural fit.
Coordinate interview schedules and maintain regular communication with candidates and clients.
Maintain recruitment trackers, reports, and candidate databases.
Build and nurture candidate pipelines for future requirements.
BE/BTech degree in any discipline.
01 year of experience in recruitment (freshers welcome).
Understanding of technical roles and skills (IT/Engineering).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of ATS/recruitment tools preferred.
Positive attitude, adaptability, and eagerness to learn.
