HR Recruiter - Bulk Hiring

Job Summary:

We're seeking an experienced Bulk Hiring Recruiter to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing and recruiting large volumes of candidates through various vendors and job portals.

Key Responsibilities:-

• Source and recruit candidates through vendors and job portals
• Manage high-volume recruitment drives and meet recruitment targets
• Utilize various recruitment channels, including job boards, social media, and vendor partnerships
• Screen and shortlist candidates based on client requirements
• Coordinate with vendors and clients to ensure smooth recruitment process
• Track and report recruitment metrics, including time-to-hire and cost-per-hire
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure recruitment strategies align with business objectives

Requirements:-

• 1-3 years of experience in bulk recruitment or high-volume hiring
• Proven track record of meeting recruitment targets and delivering results
• Strong knowledge of recruitment channels, including job boards and vendor management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
