HR Recruiter (Blue Collared Workforce)

As an experienced professional in the Integrated Facility Management (IFM) industry, you will be responsible for the following key tasks: Role Overview: You should have at least 5 years of proven experience in hiring blue-collared workforce within the IFM industry, with a strong emphasis on bulk recruitment for positions such as housekeeping, security, and technicians. Additionally, you will be involved in white-collar recruitment activities. Key Responsibilities: - Execute bulk recruitment for blue-collar positions and white-collar roles within the IFM business. - Build and manage self-sourcing channels including job portals, internal database, employee referrals, social media, field networking, and industry contacts. - Meet strict hiring timelines for new vacancies and backfills, aiming for a 95% on-time closure rate. - Conduct smooth onboarding of selected candidates, handling documentation, KYC processes, and induction. - Coordinate with site managers for the deployment of blue-collar workforce. - Maintain liaison with Background Verification (BGV) agencies to ensure timely verification of credentials and 100% compliance. - Collaborate with operations, HR, and site leads to forecast manpower requirements and plan proactive hiring. - Maintain updated recruitment Management Information System (MIS) and dashboards. - Ensure all hiring processes adhere to statutory and company guidelines. Qualifications Required: - At least 5 years of experience in hiring blue-collared workforce in the IFM industry. - Familiarity with talent sourcing strategies and recruitment best practices. - Strong stakeholder management skills to work effectively with various departments and teams. - Excellent organizational skills with the ability to meet strict hiring timelines. - Knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements related to recruitment processes.
