Job Description

Sourcing candidates from the online job portals. Posting advertisement on various job portals. Conducting the screening and scheduling interviews of the candidates.Screening the resumes.
Key Responsibilities:Candidate Sourcing:Proactively source, identify, and attract suitable candidates for open positions using a variety of channels, including online job portals (e.g., Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed), professional networking sites, social media, and internal databases.Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of potential candidates for future hiring needs.Job Posting & Advertising:Create and post compelling job advertisements on various online job portals, company career pages, and other relevant platforms to maximize visibility and attract qualified applicants.Ensure job descriptions are accurate, engaging, and reflect the requirements of the role.Resume Screening & Evaluation:Thoroughly screen incoming resumes and applications against job requirements, qualifications, and experience to identify the most suitable candidates.Prioritize resumes based on relevance and urgency of open positions.Candidate Screening & Interviewing:Conduct initial telephonic or video screenings to assess candidates' qualifications, experience, communication skills, cultural fit, and salary expectations.Clearly communicate job responsibilities, company culture, and benefits to potential candidates.Prepare candidates for interviews by providing detailed information about the company, job description, and interview process.Interview Coordination:Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring timely communication and logistical arrangements.Follow up with candidates and hiring managers throughout the interview process.Database Management:Maintain and update candidate information, interview statuses, and recruitment activity in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) or HR database.Generate recruitment reports as needed.Relationship Management:Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates to ensure a positive candidate experience.Collaborate effectively with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and provide updates on recruitment progress.Assist in building employer branding initiatives.Market Research:Stay updated with industry trends, talent market conditions, and best practices in recruitment.
