Job Description

Key Responsibilities Develop and Implement Recruitment Strategies : Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and design effective recruitment plans. Manatal Source Candidates : Utilize various channels such as job boards, social media, professional networks, and job fairs to attract potential candidates. Manatal Screen and Interview Candidates : Review resumes and applications, conduct phone and in-person interviews, and assess candidates' qualifications and cultural fit. Recruiting Resources+3Manatal+3HRBlade+3 Coordinate Hiring Process : Schedule interviews, prepare interview materials, and liaise between candidates and hiring managers to facilitate the hiring process. SHRM Manage Candidate Pipeline : Maintain a database of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs. Ensure Compliance : Adhere to all applicable employment laws and company policies throughout the recruitment process. SHRM+1SHRM+1 Onboard New Hires : Assist in the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new employees.
