HR Recruiter (Non-Technical Hiring)

• 3 to 6 years of proven experience

  in recruitment, preferably in non-technical hiring.

• Previous experience in hiring for digital marketing roles is mandatory.

• Candidates from

  any part of India can apply, but must be willing to relocate to Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu.

• Fixed salary up to ₹6 LPA.

• Take full ownership of the

  end-to-end recruitment process

  for non-technical roles.
• Source, screen, and call candidates to assess suitability.
• Collect and verify relevant candidate information.
• Assign and follow up on tests/assignments.
• Track and maintain candidate journey using Google Sheets/Excel.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with stakeholders using Google Calendar.
• Maintain strong communication with candidates and internal teams.
• Coordinate with employees of the internal team and facilitate seamless operations.
• Provide timely updates and reports on recruitment progress.

• Strong proficiency in

  Google Sheets/Excel and Google Calendar

• Excellent communication skills with good proficiency in English.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and process-driven mindset.

• Fixed salary up to ₹6 LPA.
