As a Recruitment & Talent Acquisition professional, your role involves sourcing and screening candidates through various channels such as job portals, social media, internal databases, and referrals. You will be responsible for conducting initial HR interviews, assessing candidate fitment, coordinating interviews between candidates and clients, managing job postings, and maintaining candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs. In the Client Coordination aspect of the role, if applicable, you will be required to understand client hiring needs and job descriptions, share shortlisted candidate profiles with clients, follow up on feedback, and schedule and coordinate client interviews. Database Management is another crucial part of your responsibilities, where you will need to maintain and update candidate records and recruitment data in ATS or Excel sheets, track application statuses, and ensure organized documentation. For Onboarding Support, you will be coordinating with selected candidates for document collection, joining formalities, and onboarding procedures to facilitate a smooth transition from offer acceptance to joining. In terms of Employee Engagement within the Internal HR function, you will support HR initiatives such as performance management, employee engagement activities, attendance monitoring, and handle employee queries related to HR policies and procedures. Compliance & Documentation is also a key area where you will ensure that recruitment processes adhere to company and legal compliance standards, and maintain proper documentation for audit and reference purposes.
