HR Recruiter

As a Recruitment Executive at our Management industry, your role involves handling various recruitment activities efficiently. Your responsibilities will include: - Handling recruitment activities such as gathering requisitions, sourcing, screening, conducting interviews, making offers, and following up until the candidate joins. - Managing the full cycle of recruitment from the requirement understanding to sourcing candidates through in-house database, job portals, and referrals. - Coordinating with consultants and candidates to schedule appointments with the management team for the interview process. - Short-listing candidates based on the requirements and maintaining coordination with candidates and clients. To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications: - Preference for candidates with a background in Consultancy. - Experience in finding candidates through Job Portals, shortlisting, and scheduling interviews. - Excellent communication skills. - Ability to work independently, multitask in a fast-paced environment, and engage others in conversation effectively. - Proficiency in MS Office. - Any Graduate with good communication skills and a desire to build a career in HR/Recruitment. - Demonstrated ability to meet targets consistently and aggressively.
