About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and well-spoken HR Recruiter to join our team in Thane. This is an excellent opportunity for a fresher or someone with up to 1 year of experience in recruitment. The ideal candidate should be proactive, organized, and fluent in English with a passion for people and hiring the right talent.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in end-to-end recruitment process for various roles
Source candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals
Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers
Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process
Support HR team in daily administrative tasks
Requirements:
0 to 1 year of experience in recruitment (freshers can apply)
Bachelor's degree in any discipline (HR specialization preferred)
Excellent communication skills in English (spoken & written)
Basic understanding of recruitment tools and platforms
Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
