HR Recruiter

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment process: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
  • Post job openings on various platforms and manage candidate databases
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers
  • Maintain accurate records of recruitment and HR activities
  • Draft offer letters, employment contracts, and other HR documentation
  • Assist with employee onboarding and induction processes
  • Support daily HR operations and general administrative duties
  • Communicate effectively with candidates and internal stakeholders

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in HR recruitment
  • Strong computer skills (MS Office, email, online recruitment tools)
  • Excellent English communication skills written and verbal
  • Ability to multitask and manage deadlines
  • Professional, organized, and detail-oriented
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with job portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Basic understanding of HR policies and procedures
