HR Recruiter (0-6 Months Experience)

We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Recruiter with up to 6 months of experience to join our dynamic HR team. In this entry-level role, you will assist with sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for various positions, while learning the ins and outs of the recruitment process. This position is ideal for someone who is eager to grow in HR and recruitment, with a strong interest in talent acquisition and people management.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in sourcing candidates through job boards, social media, and networking

Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews

Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers

Maintain candidate databases and update records

Communicate with candidates regarding their application status

Support the onboarding process for new hires

Qualifications:

0-6 months of experience in recruitment, HR, or a related field

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Basic understanding of recruitment and selection processes

Eagerness to learn and grow within the HR field

Proficiency with Microsoft Office

Pay: ₹7,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
