HR RDC Intern will be working into HR administrative tasks, Updating the internal HR RDC checklist and supporting the organization and archiving of employments documents.
Assisting with basic HR administrative tasks (preparation and updating of documents).
Updating the internal HR RDC checklist and relevant tracking systems.
Preparing basic HR documentation (contracts, addendums, etc.).
Supporting the organization and archiving of employments documents.
Providing basic support in the preparation of very simple reports.
Communicating with internal teams as needed.
Good English communication skills and other language (if required).
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel).
Organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
