Job Description

You will be working as an HR Project Manager on a fixed-term contract basis, with the current contract set to conclude on 31st December. Your role will involve supporting complex and sensitive multi-country HR initiatives, such as restructures, TUPE processes, and other organizational changes. As a trusted partner to senior management and HR colleagues, you will ensure the smooth execution of HR core processes and adherence to change program timelines. **Key Responsibilities:** - Plan HR Operations deliverables aligned with business change program landmarks - Plan annual change demand view and impact on HR Operations team resources and support capabilities - Support the execution of HR processes related to organizational restructures, reorganizations, and TUPE transitions - Provide expert advice and hands-on support to senior management and HR teams on sensitive projects - Collaborate with partners to maintain compliance with employment laws and organizational policies during programs and projects - Support specific extra projects cascaded down from HR Operations Management, including Process Improvement, Document Standardization, and others **Qualifications Required:** - Experience in a fast-paced, vibrant environment is desirable - Experience working within HR Operations with knowledge of employee lifecycle processes, experience supporting senior collaborators preferred - Experience in supporting HR-related programs and projects - Proven ability to support employees across the globe, taking into account local nuances preferred - Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion - Problem-solving attitude with a focus on delivering practical solutions - Comfort navigating through and processing transactions in an HR enterprise system (Workday preferred) - Excellent written communication skills - Analytical attitude with the ability to identify and solve problems as needed - Focused on employee experience and efficient process delivery - Ability to collaborate and work cross-functionally with other departments like rewards, finance, legal, and IT - Solid attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously **About Flutter:** Flutter is the world's leading online sports betting and iGaming operator, with a market-leading position in the US and across the world.
