HR Project Manager (Fixed Term Contract)

As an HR Project Manager at our company, you will play a crucial role in supporting complex and sensitive multi-country HR initiatives. Your responsibilities will include: - Supporting HR Operations and ensuring the smooth execution of HR core processes - Providing expert advice and hands-on support to senior management and HR teams - Collaborating with partners to maintain compliance with employment laws and organizational policies - Supporting specific extra projects cascaded down from HR Operations Management - Building knowledge of location and/or division-specific practices to improve service delivery - Acting as a key liaison between HR colleagues and internal/external partners - Maintaining compliance with labor laws and company policies during HR projects - Finding opportunities and driving initiatives to enhance HR operational processes - Assisting with the planning and coordination of trainings for new hires and existing team members Qualifications and capabilities required for this role include: - Experience in a fast-paced environment is desirable - Knowledge of employee lifecycle processes and supporting senior collaborators preferred - Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion - Problem-solving attitude with a focus on delivering practical solutions - Comfort navigating through an HR enterprise system (Workday preferred) - Excellent written communication skills - Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with other departments - Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously About the Company: Flutter is the world's leading online sports betting and iGaming operator, with a market-leading position globally.
