Roles And Responsibility

1. Support departments in developing and delivering strategic HR plans.
2. Plan, monitor and appraise HR activities by scheduling management.
3. Maintain management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resources policies and procedures ensure employees understand and comply with them.
4. Coordinate with HR Executive to monitor daily HR department day to day tasks.
5. Monitor HR departments budget.
6. Assess training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives for all employees.
7. Handle and resolve all employee issues.
8. Administer or change benefits, health plans, retirement plans, etc.
9. Understanding and executing staffing requisition, requirements, and issues from all departments
10. Promote a positive and open work environment where employees feel comfortable speaking up about issues.
11. Keeping track of employees attendance / absenteeism and report to HR HEAD.
12. Draft and update of documents such as job descriptions, employee various letters, performance appraisal, forms, SOP, policies, and other HR related documents.
13. Responsible for all hiring and training procedures for new employee

1. Ability to work independently as well as the in a highly collaborative environment with other professionals.
2. Computer literate: Knowledge of maintaining digital healthcare records; use of email, Internet and basic.
3. Initiative to work independently.
4. Excellent organizational skills.
5. The ability to manage time effectively, to prioritize and manage ones workload and schedules.
