Role Overview:

Intern in Payroll & HR Operations

Responsibilities:

• Support the US payroll process with accurate data entry and reporting.
• Assist in onboarding/offboarding US mentors and ensure smooth documentation.
• Handle employee queries related to payroll and HR policies.
• Maintain HR records, spreadsheets, and communication tasks.
• Contribute to small projects and process improvements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in

  Commerce, Finance, HR, or related fields

  (freshers welcome!).
• Strong with numbers, accuracy, and attention to detail.
• Good communication skills (written & verbal).
• Willingness to work

  night shift (6 PM – 3 AM IST)

• Eager to learn global HR & payroll practices.
