Your responsibilities will include maintaining and updating employee records, handling personal information, attendance, leaves, and benefits. You will also assist in the recruitment and onboarding process by posting job ads, screening resumes, and conducting interviews. Supporting the HR department in various administrative tasks, preparing reports, organizing employee training programs, and maintaining HR policies and procedures will be part of your role. Ensuring compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations, as well as assisting in the implementation and maintenance of HR software and systems, will be essential. You will also be involved in conducting employee performance evaluations and maintaining performance records.
