Experienced Accountant

As an experienced and detail-oriented Accountant, your role will involve managing and overseeing the financial operations of a home appliances dealership. Your solid understanding of accounting principles and excellent organizational skills will be essential in handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Working closely with management, you will ensure accurate financial reporting, compliance with statutory requirements, and efficient financial management of the dealership. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements. - Oversee daily transactions, including invoicing, inventory reconciliation, and bank reconciliations. - Monitor and analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for cost reduction or revenue enhancement. - Coordinate with external auditors for year-end audits and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations. - Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes. - Implement and maintain effective internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure financial data integrity. - Collaborate with management to develop financial strategies and support decision-making. - Stay updated with changes in accounting standards, tax laws, and regulations that may impact the business. Qualifications Required: - Proficient in Financial Reporting, Tax Compliance, Audit Preparation, Budgeting, Financial Analysis, Account Reconciliation, GAAP Knowledge, and ERP Systems. - Prior experience in a similar role with a strong grasp of accounting principles. - Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. - Strong communication skills to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders effectively. - Knowledge of local, state, and federal regulations related to financial reporting and compliance.,
