Front Office & PA to MD

You will be a Front Office Executive at National Aircon Exclusive HVAC Experience Center, responsible for managing the front office and overall operations of the center. Your main duties will include greeting customers, providing product information, maintaining center appearance, coordinating with the team, managing customer inquiries, and handling office supplies and inventory. - Greet customers and visitors with a warm and professional welcome. - Provide detailed explanations of Daikin Air Conditioning products, highlighting features, benefits, and technical aspects. - Manage front desk inquiries, customer concerns, and ensure smooth communication flow. - Maintain appearance and organization of the Experience Center, ensuring attractive product displays. - Coordinate with the team for smooth operations and timely task execution. - Ensure cleanliness and orderliness in the front office and display areas. - Assist in scheduling meetings, managing appointments, and organizing product demonstrations. - Manage customer service inquiries, ensuring high satisfaction levels and prompt issue resolution. - Handle office supplies and inventory management for the Experience Center. - Previous experience in customer service or front office roles preferred. - Basic technical understanding or interest in HVAC systems, especially air conditioning products. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. - Smart, presentable, and professional demeanor. - Female candidates with a pleasant personality, good appearance, and customer-oriented attitude. Skills required include the ability to explain technical products clearly, customer service focus on problem-solving, organizational efficiency in managing the front office, collaborative teamwork skills, and proficiency in basic computer applications (MS Office, email, etc.). Experience in the HVAC industry or technical background is a plus.
