HR & Payroll Administrator

You have an exciting opportunity to join our team in Panchkula for a Full-Time position with a Night Shift schedule from 5:30 PM to 2:30 AM IST. As an experienced professional with 25 years of experience, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and updating employee records, ensuring compliance with statutory deductions and taxes, and supporting various HR functions such as onboarding, offboarding, leave management, and employee benefits. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with cross-functional teams for employee data management and reporting. To excel in this role, you must possess excellent Excel and data management skills, along with strong verbal and written communication abilities. Maintaining confidentiality, working with minimal supervision, and holding a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field are essential qualifications for this position. Preferred qualifications include exposure to HR operations like employee engagement, onboarding, and compliance, as well as prior experience in a BPO or multinational work environment.
