Job Description

Role & responsibilities:

HRMS Management:

Oversee the administration and maintenance of our HRMS system (DarwinBox) at the group level.
Coordinate with Business Unit HRs to address queries and resolve issues related to the HRMS.
Generate and maintain accurate and timely HR MIS reports.
Manage the HR Helpdesk, providing timely and efficient support to employees.
Create and manage vendor and purchase requisitions.
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify new HRMS requirements and drive system enhancements.
Maintain accurate attendance and leave data for payroll processing.
Escalate critical HRMS issues to the DarwinBox team and coordinate with the account manager

Recruitment:

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process
Source and screen potential candidates through various channels.
Conduct interviews and assess candidate suitability.
Extend offers and handle onboarding formalities.

Onboarding:

Create IT asset requests and book travel arrangements for new joiners.
Ensure a smooth and efficient onboarding experience for new employees.

Preferred candidate profile:

1. Strong Analytical Skills

2. Proficient in MS Office Suite especially Advanced Excel

3. Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices
