Key Responsibilities

• Handle

  end-to-end HR operations

  offer letter creation, validation, and release

• Ensure all offers are aligned with company policies, compensation structures, and compliance requirements.
• Accurately maintain and update employee/candidate data in

  Workday HCM

• Partner with recruiters, hiring managers, and HR teams to ensure smooth onboarding and documentation.
• Address candidate queries related to offers and provide a positive experience.
• Support HR audits, reporting, and compliance-related activities.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.

• 1-3 years of experience

  in

  HR Operations

  , with proven expertise in

  Workday HCM

  .
• Hands-on experience in

  offer generation, HR documentation, and data management

  .
• Strong understanding of HR processes and compliance.
