Job Title:

Key Skills & Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills (audio and video)

• Strong attention to detail and logical reasoning ability

• Graduate (Any discipline) Mandatory

• Experience in Background Verification (BGV) is a plus

• Ability to perform verification across global educational licenses and organizations

Shift & Work Mode:

• Any of the following shifts:
  9 AM 6 PM 1 PM 10 PM 4 PM 1 AM

• 5 working days per week with rotational week offs

• Shuttle service provided

• Final shift allocation will be discussed during the interview

Role Responsibilities:

• Conduct 20-25 outbound verification calls per day

• Verify data related to global educational licenses and organizations

• Maintain accurate records of verification status and findings

• Ensure adherence to quality and process standards

Additional Information:

• Candidates with prior experience in BGV or Backend Operations will be preferred
