Job Description

Key Responsibilities for HR Operation Manager :

HR Operations & Systems:
* Manage HRIS/HCM Systems: Oversee the selection, implementation, maintenance, and data integrity of HR Information Systems to ensure accurate data and streamlined processes. * Payroll and Benefits: Administer payroll and benefits programs, ensuring their accuracy and compliance with labor laws. * Employee Lifecycle Management : Streamline and manage the entire employee lifecycle, from onboarding and training to performance management and offboarding. * HR Data & Reporting : Ensure the accuracy, security, and accessibility of HR data, and generate reports with actionable insights for strategic decision-making. Policy & Compliance:* Policy Development: Develop, implement, and refine HR policies and procedures to support company culture, improve efficiency, and ensure compliance. * Legal Compliance: Monitor and ensure the organization's compliance with all applicable local, state, and federal employment laws and labor regulations. * Employee Support : Serve as a consultant to management and employees, providing guidance on HR policies and procedures. Strategy & Process Improvement:* Process Optimization: Collaborate with HR and other teams to optimize HR processes, enhance efficiency, and improve the overall employee experience. * Goal Setting: Set objectives for the HR team and track progress, aligning HR operations with company goals. * Budget Management: Assist in planning and controlling the HR budget, ensuring cost-effective resource allocation for HR initiatives. Talent Management & Engagement:* Recruitment & Onboarding : Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process and ensure a smooth, effective onboarding experience for new hires. * Employee Relations : Handle employee queries, address concerns, and provide guidance on conflict resolution to maintain a positive work environment. * Performance Management: Support performance management systems and initiatives to foster employee growth and development.
