Job Description

Manpower & Recruitment Operations:

1.Reconcile monthly headcount data with Business and ensure alignment with the approved budget vs actuals.

2.Track, update, and maintain daily and weekly recruitment trackers.

3.Follow up with ringing no response candidates to ensure maximum reach and closure.

4.Monitor and report consultant productivity, including target vs actuals, billing status, and closure efficiency

5.Track and analyse infant attrition and Early Warning Signals (EWS) in coordination with team leaders

HR MIS & Reporting:

1.Maintain dashboards on agent productivity and provide segmented data cuts as required by management.

2.Prepare and circulate weekly MIS on attendance highlight cases where employees have not punched attendance for three consecutive days.

3.Track and document all warning incidents (verbal/non-verbal) and maintain a log for repeated offenders for HRBP review.

Payroll & Attendance Management:

1.Submit payroll inputs including salary hold/release instructions based on potential attrition or policy deviations.

2.Review and validate the CTC of all new joiners before the payroll cutoff (20th of every month), flag and correct any abnormalities.

3.Ensure no excess payouts by coordinating with HRBP and updating the required changes before processing payroll.

Rostering & Compliance Monitoring:

1.Maintain monthly rosters for teams, verify attendance on holidays, and ensure compensatory offs are granted accordingly.

2.Monitor attendance data, report inconsistencies, and ensure timely corrections in collaboration with the HRSS team.

Admin & Incident Tracking:

Requirements:

  1. Good communication skills oral and written.
  2. Strong with MS excel, PowerPoint and other tools like power BI, Macros.
  3. Strong self-motivation and goal-oriented mindset, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced environment.
  4. Adaptability to adjust.
