Job Description

1. Employee Lifecycle Management

Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle including onboarding, confirmation, transfers, exits, and full & final settlements.
Ensure accurate employee data management in HRIS and payroll systems.

2. Payroll & Compensation

End-to-end payroll processing for all employees on a monthly basis.
Validate inputs such as attendance, leave records, new joiners, exits, and variable pay.
Ensure accurate calculation of salary, taxes, and statutory deductions (PF, ESIC, PT, TDS, gratuity, etc.).
Reconcile payroll data with Finance and ensure timely salary disbursement.
Manage payroll queries and provide resolutions to employees.

3. HR Operations & Administration

Maintain and update employee records, contracts, and documentation.
Support payroll processing, attendance management, and leave administration.
Coordinate HR-related letters, MIS reports, and statutory documents.

4. Policy Implementation & Compliance

Ensure adherence to company HR policies and labor law requirements.
Support internal and external audits related to HR.
Maintain compliance with statutory requirements such as PF, ESIC, gratuity, maternity benefits, etc.

4. HR Systems & Processes

Manage HR systems (HRMS/HRIS) for data accuracy and process efficiency.
Partner with IT/Finance teams to improve automation and digital HR processes.

5. Employee Engagement & Support

Be the first point of contact for employee queries related to HR operations, policies, and benefits.
Support engagement initiatives and wellness activities.

6. Reporting & Analytics

Prepare and publish HR dashboards and periodic MIS for leadership.
Track metrics like attrition, headcount, leave, and other operational KPIs.
