HR Operations Executive

As an HR Operations professional at our esteemed company located in Andheri and Vile Parle, you will be responsible for the following key duties: - Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. - Managing the employee lifecycle, from onboarding new hires to ensuring a smooth exit process for departing employees. - Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures that align with company goals and legal requirements. - Assisting with recruitment efforts, including job postings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews. - Addressing employee inquiries and concerns, and providing guidance on HR-related matters. **Qualifications Required**: - Prior experience in HR operations or a related field. - Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
