Job Description

Job Summary

payroll processing, client invoicing, and billing coordination

Key Responsibilities

HR Operations

  • Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle processes (onboarding, confirmation, exits)
  • Maintain employee master data in HRMS and ensure data accuracy
  • Prepare and issue HR documentation (offer letters, appointment letters, confirmations, relieving letters)
  • Handle employee queries related to HR operations, payroll, and benefits

Payroll Management

  • Process monthly payroll accurately and on time
  • Coordinate with payroll vendors and internal finance teams
  • Manage attendance, leave, overtime, and statutory deductions
  • Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (PF, ESI, PT, TDS, gratuity, etc.)
  • Reconcile payroll inputs and resolve payroll discrepancies

Invoice & Billing

  • Prepare and process

    client invoices

    based on payroll, contracts, and service agreements
  • Coordinate billing for manpower deployment, reimbursements, and variable pay
  • Track billing cycles, billing accuracy, and revenue realization
  • Share billing reports with finance and follow up on pending invoices
  • Support audits by maintaining accurate billing and payroll records

Compliance & Documentation

  • Ensure adherence to labor laws and statutory regulations
  • Maintain statutory registers and compliance documentation
  • Support internal and external audits (HR, payroll, billing)

Reporting & Systems

  • Generate payroll, billing, and HR MIS reports
  • Maintain data integrity across HRMS, payroll, and billing systems
  • Support process improvements and automation initiatives

Qualifications & Experience

Education

  • Bachelors degree in HR, Commerce, Accounting, or Business Administration
  • MBA / PGDM in HR or Finance preferred

Experience

  • 2+ years of experience in HR Operations with Payroll & Billing exposure
  • Experience in staffing, consulting, BPO, or services industry preferred

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong knowledge of payroll processing and statutory compliance
  • Hands-on experience with HRMS, payroll, and invoicing systems
  • Good understanding of billing cycles and revenue processes
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong coordination and communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools
