Job Title: HR & Admin Executive

Department: EdTech - Finance

Location: Thane

Salary: 15k to 20k

About the Role:

Were looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Junior HR & Admin Executive to join our team.

This role is ideal for someone whos passionate about people operations, thrives in a dynamic

environment, and wants to grow their career in HR and administration.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition & Recruitment

Manage the complete hiring cycle — from sourcing, screening, and scheduling to interview

coordination.

Post and manage job openings on Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, and other hiring platforms.
Conduct initial HR screening rounds and coordinate technical assessments.
Roll out offer letters and manage onboarding documentation for new hires.

HR Operations

Oversee onboarding, induction, and employee documentation.
Maintain HR records, databases, and HRMS systems.
Track attendance, leaves, and ensure accurate payroll coordination.
Support performance management processes and appraisals.
Address employee queries, support engagement activities, and assist in grievance handling.

Administrative Support

Handle day-to-day office administration and coordination.
Assist in vendor management, office supplies, and operational logistics.
Support HR and leadership teams in various administrative functions.

Who We’re Looking For:

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
0–2 years of experience in HR or admin roles (internship experience counts).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong attention to detail and organizational ability.
Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with HRMS tools.
