Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Responsible for ensuring Recruitment as per the approved Manpower Plan.
Responsible for On-boarding process for New Joiners & Induction program.
Responsible for Planning & Executing Unit Level Learning & Development activities.
Responsible for executing employee welfare activities at the plant.
Responsible for executing all HR Processed at the plant level.
Responsible for adherence of PMS process and quality thereto at unit level.
Responsible for Employee Engagement activities & Reward and Recognition programs on regular basis.
Responsible for executing Best HR Practices in the unit.
Responsible for Talents Separation, F&F process.
Responsible for unit level admin services execution.
Responsible for contributing to business HR initiatives.
Responsible for HR MIS, various adhoc reports & HR Dashboard.
Responsible for using oracle based HRMS (HR4U) software for people management.
