Job Description

Expatriate Management & Payroll Administration:
Serve as the primary contact for Company Payroll Team, addressing queries on Expats payroll, attendance, and compliance documentation like Tax related, VIsa & FRRO Certifications
Validate attendance records, prepare monthly payroll inputs, and ensure 100% accuracy before submission to Payroll team by validating with DRI's
Special Project Management & Executive Reporting:
Define project scope, develop detailed plans with milestones, and monitor progress against timelines.
Prepare and present comprehensive reports and PowerPoint decks for senior management, offering strategic insights.
Onboarding & Documentation Facilitation:
Assist expatriates with bank account openings, PAN applications, and compliance-related onboarding processes.
Prepare and verify documentation, liaising with banks and vendors, and ensure secure distribution of bank kits and PAN cards.
Vendor Management & Financial Processing:
Maintain an organized vendor database, resolve operational queries, and validate invoices.
Prepare expense reports, obtain approvals, and coordinate with finance to ensure accurate and timely vendor payments.
