HR Onboarding Specialist

As an HR Onboarding Specialist at The Golden Rise, a premier talent outsourcing firm in Hyderabad's Gachibowli district, your main responsibility will be to oversee and manage the onboarding process for new hires to ensure a seamless transition. You will be expected to: - Manage end-to-end onboarding processes for new employees. - Ensure all pre-employment documentation is completed accurately and on time. - Conduct orientation sessions to familiarize new hires with company policies and culture. - Coordinate with different departments to facilitate a smooth onboarding experience. - Maintain and update employee records and HR databases. - Assist in employee engagement initiatives and retention strategies. - Address new hire inquiries and provide HR-related support. To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. - 1+ years of experience in HR onboarding or recruitment preferred (freshers with strong communication skills may also apply). - Strong understanding of onboarding best practices and HR compliance. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). - Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
