As an HR Operator, you will be responsible for managing HR operations, maintaining employee records, and assisting with recruitment and onboarding processes. This role serves as an excellent starting point for individuals who are passionate about human resources. Key Responsibilities: - Maintaining and updating HR databases and employee records accurately and confidentially. - Assisting in recruitment activities, such as sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, and managing communication. - Supporting onboarding processes to ensure proper documentation and smooth integration for new hires. - Providing administrative support to the HR team and contributing to improving operational workflows. - Assisting in organizing and executing employee engagement initiatives and HR-related events. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related fields. - Strong communication and organizational skills. - Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with HR tools is an added advantage. - Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment. - Eagerness to learn and grow in the HR operations domain.
