As an HR Operator at The Golden Rise, your key responsibilities will include maintaining and updating HR databases and employee records with accuracy and confidentiality. You will assist in recruitment activities such as sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, and managing communication. Additionally, you will support onboarding processes to ensure proper documentation and smooth integration for new hires. Providing administrative support to the HR team and contributing to improving operational workflows will also be part of your role. You will also help organize and execute employee engagement initiatives and HR-related events. To qualify for this position, you should have a Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related fields. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential, along with proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with HR tools is an added advantage.
