Duties/ Roles & Responsibilities

Job Posting:
Create and post job listings on job boards.
Write clear and compelling job descriptions that accurately reflect the requirements of the position.
Candidate Sourcing:
Utilize various sourcing methods such as job boards, networking, referrals, and
direct outreach to identify potential candidates.
Build and maintain a candidate pipeline for future hiring needs.
Screening and Interviewing:
Review resumes and applications to shortlist qualified candidates.
Conduct initial phone or video screenings to assess candidates' qualifications,
experience, and fit for the role.
Coordinate and conduct in-person or virtual interviews with hiring managers and team members.
Data Management:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records.
Generate recruitment reports and metrics to track the effectiveness of the recruitment process.
On-Boarding Formalities, Documentation of New Joiners
Verification of Documents, Giving Induction to new joiners
Biometric Access to New Joiners, Allocating workstation, Creating Email ID
