Job Description

As an HR & Office Manager at Sia, you will be responsible for overseeing all HR processes and office management at the Mumbai office. Your role will involve leading recruitment processes, managing talent acquisition, ensuring proper onboarding for new hires, supporting employee career development, overseeing day-to-day office operations, maintaining office equipment, and organizing meetings and events. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to lead HR projects and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. Key Responsibilities: - Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, including collaborating with hiring managers, creating job descriptions, selecting candidates, scheduling interviews, and finalizing employment contracts - Ensure proper onboarding for new hires by providing IT devices, trainings, and presentations - Support employee career development through evaluations, talent development, and evolution in collaboration with managers - Manage relationships with local universities to support campus management strategy - Monitor day-to-day office operations, workflow, and output - Support internal communication for local employees - Ensure health and safety requirements for the office are observed - Maintain office condition and arrange for necessary repairs or safety testing - Resolve queries promptly to create the best working environment for employees - Organize meetings, conferences, events, and book transport and accommodation Qualifications: - 5+ years of experience in a corporate environment with similar assignments in Talent Acquisition or office management - Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment with strong organizational skills - Enthusiastic team player with exceptional attention to detail - Ability to work independently with good decision-making skills - Manage pressure and conflicting demands effectively - Highly proficient in MS Office - Excellent communication skills with a positive attitude and service orientation - Fluency in English (written + oral),
