As we expand, the HR professional will play a pivotal role in maintaining compliance , addressing workplace challenges, and creating a supportive, sports-driven culture that fuels our success. ROLES: Talent Acquisition: Identify, recruit, and onboard skilled professionals in cricket-related roles. HR Operations: Manage payroll, attendance, and employee records efficiently. Policy Development: Establish HR policies in compliance with legal standards and organizational needs. Employee Engagement: Foster a collaborative and sports-driven company culture.
