Role Overview: As an HR MIS & Reporting Analyst, you will play a vital role in the global HR function by delivering accurate, timely, and meaningful reports, dashboards, and data analysis. Your analytical skills and attention to detail will help in translating complex data into actionable insights to support strategic HR initiatives worldwide. Additionally, you will be required to cover rotational shifts to cater to global business hours across various geographies. Key Responsibilities: - Design, generate, and maintain HR dashboards providing insights into headcount, attrition, hiring trends, and other key metrics - Prepare employee headcount and workforce composition reports for global business units - Deliver accurate and timely reports on annual leave, absenteeism, and leave balance in compliance with regional policies - Support regulatory and compliance reporting by generating standard reports according to local labor laws - Manage ad-hoc data requests from internal HR stakeholders and leadership teams - Conduct trend and variance analysis on HR data to aid in workforce planning and strategic HR decisions - Ensure data integrity by validating inputs from Workday and other HR tools - Collaborate with HRBPs and leadership to understand reporting requirements and improve existing reporting frameworks Qualification Required: - Bachelor's degree in information systems, Human Resources, or related field - 2-4 years of experience in HR reporting, data analysis, or HR shared services environment - Experience with HR systems and HR metrics in a multi-country or global context - Understanding of compliance and regulatory reporting (preferred) - Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Salesforce) - Knowledge of Workday reporting or similar HRIS reporting tools (advantageous) - Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with large datasets and extract meaningful insights - Familiarity with HR processes throughout the employee lifecycle - Ability to handle confidential data with integrity and discretion Company Details: Flight Centre Travel Group (FCTG) is recognized internationally for its outstanding perks and vibrant culture.
