Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an HR Manager located in Noida. The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing the recruitment process, employee relations, and performance management. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating with different departments to understand their hiring needs, implementing HR policies, conducting training sessions, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. Additionally, the HR Manager will address employee concerns, manage HR documentation, and support the overall HR strategy to foster a productive work environment.

Qualifications

• Human Resources Management, Employee Relations, and Recruitment skills
• Experience in Performance Management and Training & Development
• Knowledge of Labor Laws and HR Compliance
• Strong Communication and Interpersonal skills
• Excellent Organizational and Problem-Solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in the educational sector is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
