Role Overview: As an HR Manager for our Ashok Leyland Dealership in HP and Jammu, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources management at the dealership. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 8-10 years of experience in a related field, demonstrating a strong understanding of HR practices and regulations. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee all aspects of human resources management at the Ashok Leyland Dealership in HP and Jammu - Demonstrate a strong understanding of HR practices and regulations - Manage recruitment, selection, onboarding, training, and development of dealership employees - Implement and maintain HR policies and procedures - Handle employee relations, performance management, and conflict resolution - Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations - Coordinate with senior management to develop and implement HR strategies that support business objectives Qualifications Required: - Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in human resources management or a related field - Strong understanding of HR practices and regulations - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field (preferred) - HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus If you possess the necessary experience and skills in human resources management and are looking for a challenging opportunity in the automotive industry, we encourage you to apply for this position.,
