🎯 Key Responsibilities:

• Lead

  end-to-end recruitment

  for teachers, coordinators, and academic staff.
• Design and execute

  hiring strategies

  across LinkedIn, job portals, and education networks.
• Conduct

  screening, interviews, and onboarding

  for educators.
• Maintain

  teacher databases, performance tracking, and HR documentation

  .
• Collaborate with management to identify staffing needs and improve retention.
• Support HR functions including

  policy creation, engagement, and internal communication

  .

Preferred Qualifications & Skills:

• Proven experience in

  teacher recruitment, EdTech HR, or education staffing

  .
• Strong communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency with

  Google Workspace, Excel, and HR tools

  .
• Ability to work independently in a

  remote or hybrid setup

  .
