Job Description

As an HR Manager for Talent Acquisition & Development in the essential oils, herbal extracts, fragrances, export, and FMCG industry, your primary role is to drive the recruitment and development of top-tier talent for the organization's vision and expansion. Key Responsibilities: - Build and execute a hiring strategy to attract high-caliber professionals across various departments such as Sales, R&D, Operations, Export Documentation, Marketing, and Digital. - Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of new hires. - Collaborate with hiring managers and leadership to understand critical talent needs and requirements. - Utilize job portals, social media, recruitment agencies, and headhunting tools to identify potential candidates. - Design job roles, performance expectations, and KPIs for each hire. - Support leadership in fostering a high-performance culture within the organization. - Identify training needs and recommend upskilling programs for employee development. - Establish the company as an employer of choice in the natural wellness & FMCG industry through employer branding initiatives. - Work with the marketing team to create content that showcases the company's values and work culture. - Develop and implement HR processes, policies, and compliance protocols. - Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new hires and conduct regular performance reviews. - Foster a strong internal culture that promotes growth, recognition, and collaboration among employees. - Manage grievance redressal professionally and maintain positive employee relations. Qualification Required: - Bachelor's/Master's Degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field. - 4-8 years of experience in HR with a focus on recruitment and talent management. - Previous experience in a fast-growing export house, FMCG, or B2B company is advantageous. - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. - Self-driven, proactive, and capable of working independently with top leadership.
