Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Manager to handle end-to-end hiring, manage client onboarding for contractual staffing requirements, maintain a robust talent pipeline with backfills, and ensure operational excellence. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, strategic thinking ability, and a command over English communication for effective internal and external interactions.

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition & Management

  • Plan and execute recruitment for contractual and project-based roles as per business requirements.
  • Maintain a strong pool of pre-screened candidates to ensure timely backfills.
  • Implement effective sourcing strategies through job portals, references, and networks.
  • Conduct initial screening, interviews, and coordination with functional heads for closures.

Client Onboarding & Relationship Management

  • Identify and approach potential clients for contractual staffing solutions.
  • Present company offerings confidently and convert leads into active business partnerships.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Understand client requirements deeply to provide the best-suited manpower solutions.

Team Management & Operations

  • Manage the recruitment team and field staff effectively.
  • Maintain HR databases, records, attendance, and performance trackers efficiently.
  • Ensure all backfill requirements are met proactively to avoid operational gaps.
  • Conduct regular team meetings to align with business goals.

Skill & Quality Control

  • Ensure quality standards in recruitment processes, candidate fitment, and deployment readiness.
  • Monitor employee performance and conduct periodic evaluations for improvement and retention.

Key Skills & Requirements:

Proven experience in HR recruitment and client management (preferably in IT contractual staffing industry).

Strong communication and excellent command over English language (spoken and written).

Ability to build rapport with clients and candidates effectively.

Good understanding of contractual manpower requirements and compliance basics Knowledge of ESI ,EPF, Other State basis requirements like labour law etc.

Strategic thinker with the ability to handle multiple priorities under tight deadlines.

Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience.

Qualification: Graduate / Postgraduate in HR, Business Administration, or related fields.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹17,361.25 - ₹50,000.00 per month
