• We are looking for a

  Senior Manager – Human Resources

  who can

  build the HR function from scratch

  and drive all people operations for our rapidly expanding retail brand.

🔍 What You’ll Lead:

• Full-cycle hiring for retail stores & corporate roles

• HR policy creation & SOP development

• Payroll, compliance & statutory management

• HR budgeting & manpower planning

• HRMS / software implementation

• Training, performance management & employee engagement

• Culture-building for a brand entering aggressive retail expansion

✨ Who You Are:

• 7–12 years of HR experience (Jewellery/Retail experience is a big plus!)

• Someone who can think strategically but act hands-on

• Strong in compliance, payroll, and multi-store HR operations

• Confident in building processes, implementing systems, and working closely with leadership

• Excellent communication skills and fluency in English, Hindi, and Tamil languages.
