Job Description

As an HR Manager, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the HR department in Ernakulam. Your key responsibilities will include: - Managing all internal trackers and data systems efficiently. - Ensuring end-to-end management of HR Information System (HRIS). - Acting as the main point of contact for all business group employees and addressing human resources related inquiries. - Conducting periodic 1-on-1 meetings with employees and preparing business group reports accordingly. - Generating various reports such as Attendance, Attrition, and People Pulse. - Handling and overseeing Travel & Training activities across the organization. - Managing and assisting in statutory filing to ensure compliance with State laws. - Owning the communication and engagement channels and ensuring the flow of deliverables for these functions. - Overseeing Employee benefits and compensation. - Monitoring employee morale and company culture, and designing initiatives to enhance them. - Collaborating with the HR team to implement effective HR strategies. - Working closely with cross-functional teams on a regular basis. - Maintaining employee personnel records. - Conducting exit interviews and recommending corrective actions when necessary. Qualifications required for this role include: - Post Graduates, preferably MBA or equivalent, with HR specialization. - 3 to 4 years of prior experience in core HR Management, working independently as an HR owner. - Excellent command over language - written, verbal, and oratory. - Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with people. - Energetic, passionate about employee satisfaction, and adept at people management. - Self-starter with the ability to work independently while following directions. - Strong multitasking abilities and the capacity to take independent ownership. - Deep understanding of Labor Law and statutory compliance. - Proficient in HR administration and record-keeping. - In-depth knowledge of HR functions and best practices. - Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills. - Attention to detail and meticulous work ethic. - Enthusiastic, energetic, and committed to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Please note that the preferred candidate should be male, and female candidates need not apply. The walk-in interview is scheduled for Saturday, 13 July 2024.
