HR Manager - Real estate

Position: HR Manager – Real Estate
Location: Bhubaneswar
CTC: As per industry standard
Joining: Immediate preferred

✦ Key Responsibilities:

• Recruitment & Sales Team Building
• Hire real estate sales executives with strong local network
• Build telecalling + field sales + closing team
• Bring in team with experience in residential sales, especially plotted and low-rise projects
• Coordinate with local brokers and manpower consultants
• Manage daily HR operations – attendance, onboarding, welfare
• Conduct regular training and sales target reviews
• Assist management in daily workflow and reporting
• Ensure coordination between site, sales, and HO
• Help with vendor hiring (e.g., legal, architect, brokers)
• Support in CRM follow-up and customer documentation

Requirements:

• Minimum 5–7 years in HR in a real estate company
• Must have experience in sales hiring and working with real estate teams
• Knowledge of real estate sales cycle, RERA, client handling
• Fluent in local language + English/Hindi
• Confident, field-ready, leadership-oriented

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹14,595.46 - ₹47,312.90 per month
