HR Manager

Role Overview: As an HR Manager in the leading Retail Industry in Madurai, your primary responsibility will be to oversee various HR functions to ensure the smooth running of operations. This includes recruitment, onboarding, training, database management, legal compliance, and employee engagement activities. You will be expected to work independently with minimal instructions and maintain an in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to HR. Key Responsibilities: - End to end recruitment, utilizing various sources to attract suitable candidates - Conducting joining formalities, induction sessions, and issuing appointment letters to new employees - Providing induction training to new joiners - Managing employee databases, maintaining files, and tracking employee information - Preparing and sending MIS reports on a regular basis - Drafting and submitting HR letters, documents, and certificates as required by employees in consultation with the management - Ensuring compliance with legal requirements related to HR to minimize legal risks - Organizing and conducting employee engagement activities when necessary Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in any field - Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR management - Strong understanding of the manufacturing industry - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work effectively in a team as well as independently Additional Details: The company offers benefits such as life insurance, paid sick time, and provident fund.
